"The machine check-in /check out was a love and hate feeling, it was cool and check-in and check out took like a minute, but because there was no one and the front desk there was no one to ask to get info. The room was good, I will say it is a 8/10. We like that they had room service daily without a choice whether you want it or not, and they were quick in and out of the room but got things done. The reason I took 2 points out was that the room was always musty without the AC, and there were some molds in the bathroom wall. Other than that we enjoyed the stay."

"Despite a highish pricenfor thebdate of our stays. The hotel is at a great location. Everything is so clean and tidy. There is a fantasticnkids play area. Arra u can grab outside food and eat. Provision of small savoury snacks between 2-4pm. Very helpful staff. Special mention re: EVA of 4th Floor and Joanne of 37th floor. Rooms are on the small side and no sofa available. However we will still return. Perfect for those w younger children. "
