The staff was very helpful. The place was clean,I had a problem with my AC and there was no hestitation to switch my room. The location is perfect.The receptionist gave a map for the area which made things easy.

war alles wirklich gut, nur, wie hier auch schon erwähnt, der kühlschrank arbeitet die ganze zeit. ich habe 15€ für eine nacht bezahlt und da bekommt man auf jeden fall mehr leistung als preis. zimmer ist gross, sauber und bequemes bett.

Very accomadating and friendly, when you checkin you are given a quick guide with a map on what to see and do and how the area ticks. Staff are lovely and the rooms are very nice. You are situated next to the night markets and main bridge of old town so a great place to venture out from.

Le confort de la chambre est bon : matelas, aircon, douche sont biens. Mais le problème est l'isolation sonore : du 3ème étage vous pouvez discuter avec la réception sans téléphone... parfois le gardien de nuit mets de la musique sur son tel à 6:15 le matin, pas terrible comme réveil...

White Cloud Homestay is just a few blocks away from Hoi An Night Market. It was very convenient to be so close and central to all the night life activity. The host was very accommodating and the room was very cleanly. Beds were large enough for our group of 3 and had a nice balcony view. We would definitely consider staying here again if we were to revisit Hoi An.

Great localisation

Very well located hotel! The pool was a beautiful bonus for us. We really enjoy to go to the night market from the hotel (2 minutes of walk). The room was clean. The only thing we less appreciate is that they don't speak english very well so it was difficult sometimes for the communication like booking tour! But we clearly recommand this hotel for the localisation!
