"Really weird experience here. The doormen and front desk staff were all nice in conversation, but they blatantly lied about how much laundry I had sent and tried to charge me $100 for it. This was on top of returning multiple laundry items damaged and trying to claim it was part of the clothing design. I also paid fully months in advance for my room and room type, and when I arrived, it wasn’t available. They tried to claim that room type is first come first serve despite my reservation confirmation email clearly showing the room type. The room itself was in fine condition, a bit of wear and tear on the furniture but okay for the price. "

"We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety of dishes including a chef ready to cook your eggs, your way. Located in Chinatown, when walking outside there was obvious poverty but at no time did we feel unsafe. A short walk away was the Lucky Chinatown Mall, where we had many options for restaurants. Street food is also available."
