"Our room 2011 absolutely smelled disgusting - so bad I had to get up & put some aromatherapy oil on a facecloth over my face so that I could sleep. I have never in over 50 years of travelling had to do that. The bed was clean & bathroom but think carpet was filthy "

"Breakfast was really good. Staff are also helpful. The only issue for me is the toilet. The mirror in the toilet was already marked with stain. The tiles need thorough cleaning."
