"Staff isn’t always in the front desk but overall helpful when they are. Had to call the front desk to have someone come down to check me in and couldn’t provide an itemized receipt. Good pet friendly place tho."

"The room was clean. The complimentary coffee and tea bar that's open 24/7 was TOP NOTCH. The shuttle service was TOP NOTCH (We were glad for this service). Also we parked our car at the hotel for a fee, and felt that the area was a safe place for our vehicle to be parked. Our room was on the ground level and was near to an exit door; and this was really noisy. We might have been okay if our room had been up a floor and not near an exit door."
