The room is nice and clean and includes a kitchenette. The views are incredible and the property has direct access (via ladder) to calm and crystal-clear caribbean waters. The water is too deep to stand on the bottom, but it's great if you are a good swimmer or if you bring a floatation device. There is also a nice pool for relaxing.

Very nice, boutique property with friendly staff in a quiet location that is also conveniently located close to the airport and to town. Some of the amenities could use a little updating. But, the pool and the snorkeling are both very good and the overall ambience and experience is wonderful.

Overall just ok. No tv in the living room. Bed was extremely firm (hard as a rock). Arrived at property only to wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Location and snorkeling was very good.

The ocean is great swimming and snorkeling and location isnt bad,thats about it,my shower didn't have hot water and water pressure sucked "big time",i dont think ill be returning,the place need work,which it appears they are working on

Couldn’t ask for a better location if you enjoy snorkeling! Friendly staff. Was able to hang out by the pool after check out to kill time before my flight. They provide a 5 gallon bottle of water in the room. Only suggestion is to add a bit more silverware and flatware, as well as a large chef knife to kitchen supplies.

We loved the location! Incredible snorkeling right from the condo’s! If you want an ocean view check on the hotel website because Expedia stated some were ocean view when really they were a partial view. Staff super friendly! No restaurant or bar, but very easy 10-15 min walk to restaurants on a lit sidewalk, very safe! Pool is nice and very clean! Nice to be away from the crowds of downtown, very peaceful! They replaced all the lounge chairs in the raised beach area and beautiful sunsets! Loved it!!

We have stayed at this property several times. Close to town, easily walkable. Nice pool area. I would attempt to book a lower level room next time. The upper floor rooms have almost no water presure. Its all gravity fed. So if you're looking for a decent shower on the top floor...aint going to happen.

Breathtaking Views

We visit Cozumel yearly and this was our first time staying at Suites Turquesa. The positives: We had a panoramic suite. The views were amazing. The suite itself was large, clean, modern. Staff was professional and friendly. Swimming and snorkeling right in front of the property was fabulous. The negatives: We like to cook, and the only drawbacks were that there was a minimal amount of dishes and cookware (no mixing bowls or storage containers for leftovers). The coffee maker was extremely tiny and we had to make multiple pots of coffee every morning. The water pressure was very low and washing dishes and showering took a bit. There was no hair dryer in our unit. Even with the above negative comments, I would highly recommend Suites Turquesa, and we will stay there again!

Beautiful property right on the water with snorkeling right off the rocks in front. You do need to climb doen ladders to get into the ocean. Located within walking distance if the edge of town food is about an 8 min walk. Good spot for budget minded travelers who don't want the isolation that large resorts tend to have. Staff was competent and helpful although we did have to wait 15 minutes for them to come and check us in.
