Marta at the front desk was a lifesaver; she handled our restaurant reservations when our phones failed and got us into an exclusive spot. Her food recommendations were excellent. "Main issue was the mattress. At the front desk they told us these mattresses have to be used across all rooms and this was a kind of a personal issue. Fine, but I wonder if anyone from the staff tried to sleep on them. It's a bit of hard and very jumpy. If one person turns during the night, the other one would be jumping in the bed. Two sleepless nights for us."
