"Por primera cuenta llegamos 2 hr antes de la entrada y es entendible que no nos podian tomar pero anduvimos buscando quien nos atendiera por 20min, finalmente alguien vino y nos dijo que teniamos que esperar hasta las 3 pm. regresamos a las 3 pm y lo mismo nadie en la recepcion despues de 15 min la recepcionista vino y nos dijo con actitud que teniamos que esperar por que estaba ocupada, y continuo con lo que estaba haciendo. despues de otros 10min tomo nuestra informacion y nos llevo al cuarto....
