"We had a fantastic stay at Casa Pazos in Arbo, Pontevedra. The owners, Jay and Leanna, are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. "Quiet setting Nice room"

"The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. There was also a small spark or kind of a little explosion in one of the sockets...

"The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms."
