"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. "El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, la cocina es amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario si deseas cocinar durante tu estancia. Encontramos todo limpio, aunque se olvidaron de barrer o aspirar el suelo. Y si no pongo 5 estrellas es porque hubiera deseado que fuera un poco más acogedor y no haber tenido frío dentro del piso. Al llegar pedimos que subieran un grado el termoestato (a 23•C) y lo hicieron por un rato, pero luego lo volvieron a apagar y el segundo día seguía sintiéndose frio...

"Fantastic place, had all amenities like kettle, coffee machine, hob, tiaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and micro. Nice little balcony and lift to the 7th floor. Nice toich of coffee, water and beer on arrival. Great location with plenty bars and supermarkets nearby. Only a 5-10 min walk to the town or marina area and a handy 5 mins from "the halo" elevator to intermodal. We would definitely recommend and would use olaha homes again."

"Le site est magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire. Pas de communication et difficile de trouver le nom de la cabane arrivée sur place. Pas de clôture avec le chien des voisins locataires qui vient te hurler dessus. C’est dommage pour le calme recherché. Le restaurant panoramique est très bon avec de belles balades et les cascades a 1H en voiture. "

"The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"Beautiful hotel right near the port and old town. We had a top floor room with a balcony and a limited view of the sea. The breakfast is on the rooftop and it is very well done with excellent food options. If you sit outside , be careful of the birds because they can be aggressive. We left our table to get orange juice and came back to the table within a minute to find our food was taken by birds. The room itself was on the smaller side but was updated with a gorgeous bathroom. It fit our needs perfectly and we would stay here again."

"The hotel is bread and butter. What you see is what you get… and I love it! We arrived early and the receptionist let us go to the room as it was ready, which is always a great touch. The room was the right size — no frills, just what we needed. The location was perfect: a mere 10-minute walk to the port/sea. The staff were kind and efficient, and there was also free coffee, tea and water."
