"Professional staff "

"While the hotel was convenient and clean, our room did not have a window that opened. Not even a crack. That was a little strange since the room smelled of cleaner. Which is good to know it was clean but we would’ve like some fresh air, even a little. The mini fridge was great and so was the view. The sheets were not cotton, so that was a little uncomfortable. The doorman/valet was especially nice! We also received complimentary bottles of water and it was cute seeing dogs around. Would stay here again in a pinch but it is just not my first choice. "

"Thanks to Celia, the desk clerk, I got a 12th floor room with a great view of the San Diego Harbor and when I first arrived in my room I had a cruise ship parked across the street about to set sail!"

"Stay was great. Fast check-in. I did wish they could approve our late checkout. We ran the SD half marathon and had limited time to get cleaned up before check out. That was a bit stressful "

"Overpriced rooms. Bedding was similar to hospital bedding. Carpet was sticky. Attended a 3 day convention and breakfast was bland, coffee was lukewarm, overall not impressed. The lobby and grounds were beautiful so I was disappointed when I got to my room. Not worth the $$$$$. Hilton you can do better!!"
