"It felt like a boarding house. No common area to sit on a couch and relax. Our window opened onto an air shaft and no view. Neighborhood parking is nonexistent so only stay if using Uber. The bed and bath were clean. However I would not stay there again."

Being an old hippie, I loved the short walk to Haight Ashbury and the beautiful Golden Gate Park right across the street. "

"Area outside the hotel is a disaster. The Mission is a great place to spend time. Plenty of options for coffee houses, restaurants, and bars. However, the area just in front of the hotel is full of people loitering."
