"The location is calm and lovely for getting around with the Tower Station very close. The view from the room was spectacular and in the end, that’s what we came for. The accommodations themselves are old and in some instances quite poorly maintained but renovations are apparently the underway."

"Friendly staff at reception and choice of room when booking in. All clean and tidy, with not much noise at night. Great location and was very pleased with this hotel as never stayed here before, but certainly will again as easy access to the theatres and opera. "

"Unfortunately, we were not sent a link to check in online. This meant we had to bring our driving licenses with us to London. The check in procedure was far too long and unnecessary, in my opinion, because we are UK nationals. The app didn't work correctly when we selected UK."

"It was okay just ddnt like the environment in which the hotel is in. And our room had a disabled toilet and very much open when showering to splutter water around. Made a payment £50 deposit when l checked in which l have not received up until. The money was deducted although they claim its a pre authorisation but nothing was added back after and it is already 7 days."

"Room was clean and larger than anticipated and had a kitchen with everything you would need. Only stayed one night but would be a great base for a longer stay. Lots of fabulous restaurants and bars close by and Canary Wharf station is only a short walk away."

"Can't comment on the breakfast, as we didn't have it. But the Continental Breakfast looked lovely. Air conditioning was perfect. Room was small, but adequate, and very clean"
