The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating: - The room is cleaned only once a week. - Some staff do not speak English. - Cleaning staff are not present on weekends. "The room is very clean and modern"

"This hotel is a great option. It is located 20 minutes from Downtown Madrid. Some might find this far away but iys really not. The uber ride charged me $14 to $17 to get to the center of Madrid and $22 to the Barajas airport. The room size was good, very clean. Bathroom spacious and clean. Housekeeping was available at all hours. They have a vending machine at the lobby with soda, juices, food, wine and beer options. I didnt eat at their restaurant but it looked good. Price was good compared to all the hotels that offer the same at Downtown Madrid and are so expensive."
