"Pool was closed and being spring break my kids were hart broke. Would have moved hotels had been notified. Also had people sleeping in there cars each night by my hotel room that was also very nice 👍 "

"The good reviews have me mystified! The room was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The property is incredibly dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. The bathroom layout is plain dumb. Nowhere to hang towels. , let alone swimsuits. There is no place to hang a hand towel so it’s damp all the time. We were next to the swimming pool but couldn’t dry our wet swimsuits. The front desk staff were apathetic at best. No offer to help with bags and no elevators for bags. Not sure what the $40 per day resort fee paid for besides towels but seemed a bit excessive for just towels. Awful experience and we couldn’t wait to leave. "

"This place is more like a motel.No valet, had to drag my bags from the parking lot.....$45 dollars parking, bathrooms and rooms are very dated, and paint,and bathroom floor falling apart. Mini bar closed for an hr. when its time to check in.....Wifi cost $15...Check in is 4PM, and check out 10AM. Housekeeping knocking on door at 9:45. I will never stay here again. Very nice staff, you can tell they dont feel great about the condition of this hotel. Sad experience....Location is great, and views breathtaking. I hope someone comes and buy this place, and get it back on track! "

"The room itself was very clean, but it was outdated and a little run-down. The pool area definitely needs some attention. There were leaves everywhere, and there was a pool chair sitting in the pool the entire week we were there. The hot tub also needs to be deep cleaned. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend this location for a young family or a group of girls. The area surrounding the hotel is fairly decent, with a lot of restaurants nearby, and it shares a parking lot with In-N-Out. However, there were definitely some interesting people staying there who made our stay a little uncomfortable. We chose this hotel because we wanted a cheap place to stay for a week-long beach trip, and I can say we got what we paid for."

"Under renovation. Rooms are ok. In room amenities were poor soap etc. Towel not so great. Lot of noisy guests. Probably ok for quick overnight stay for the price. After renovations, if they increase the price to $140 range then I would avoid. "
