"Rooms are cleaned. Beds are comfortable and big. Outside can use a little remodeling but overall it was a good place to stay at."

"So I've checked out a few hotels in Costa Mesa and this one is affordable, clean, when i had a shower I didn't feel like the tub was gonna fall through the floor unlike a different hotel i stayed at 2 blocks away. I would highly recommend staying here. Its nothing fancy but its got comfortable beds, maybe bring your own pillows as theirs were flat but besides that no complaints."

"Regarding the rooms, I liked the building with the gym. The "regular King Suite" in the building where the front desk is, was smaller than the pictures and a found it stuffy. However, the front desk was very accommodating and made sure we got into a room we were comfortable in. That was a double queen room in the next building. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, microwave and a sink to do dishes. It really met our needs on this trip. "

"This was the worst stay I’ve ever had there. Definitely need to keep the rooms and balconies clean and fix the water stains from the broken a/c and heater that didn’t work in my room"

"I usually have a good stay with this hotel for years. This time was very dissapointed. I work most of the night working in saving street kids . Checked in at 1am. Went right to bed. Got up at 8am to shower and go to work again. Well the shower was maybe a drizzle and wouldn’t get hot, normally I would just figure it out but I worked 14 hours the day before and slept about 6-7 hours before another long day. I reported it to the front desk girl and she said well you can shower next door and illl have someone call you. I explained what I do and how long I had to do today. And basically got the cold shoulder. Now days later no call. No discount ect. Myself and the rest of our team will be moving hotels and not returning if this isn’t handled"
