"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "This is a truly unique hotel, an eclectic mix of art, modern decor and history. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The downsides: the room and hotel in general needs to be cleaner. There was dust on some sofas etc. The rooftop has a nice enough view but the pools are more like a bathtub size. The food at the restaurant Doña Lola was delicious and the hotel is in the heart of lively and artsy neighbourhood of Getsemaní."
