From the second you walk in, the beauty of this place takes your breath away. The design, the art, and the lush details in every corner hit the perfect balance of historic elegance and vibrant charm. It is easily one of the most stunning hotels I have ever seen. ​The staff here are truly exceptional. Every single person on the team went out of their way to make me feel welcome, cared for, and completely at home. Their warmth and incredible attention to detail made the entire stay unforgettable. ​I am already finding every excuse possible to come back. If you are on the fence about booking Casa Lola, don't hesitate for a second!

My stay at Casa Lola Cartagena was amazing from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating every step of the way. They were able to get me into my room an hour earlier than check-in, which was a huge help after traveling. They also accommodated my request for a 6:00 PM late checkout without any issues. Anytime I needed assistance or had a question, the staff was quick to help with a smile. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. If you’re thinking about booking here, I highly recommend getting one of the suites they’re spacious, gorgeous, and make the experience even more special. I truly have no complaints. Casa Lola exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cartagena!

This was a very lovely boutique hotel. We upgraded to a suite because it was a very great price to do so, and our room was lovely and a great size. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The drinks at the bar were delicious. The hotel is in a great and convenient area. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena.

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had in many years. The Casa Lola team responded promptly through WhatsApp and arranged transportation for our arrival and early-morning departure. Mauricio was waiting for us when we arrived and immediately began arranging for our room to be prepared. While we waited, he welcomed us with drinks, provided all the information we needed, and gave us a quick tour of the hotel. By the time the tour was finished, our room was ready. We had arrived earlier than the standard check-in time because of our flight schedule, but the team accommodated us without difficulty. To our surprise, they also upgraded us to one of the hotel’s finest suites—the Presidential Suite. Mauricio and the team made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived and exceeded all our expectations. During our stay, Christian, Jason, José, Duber, and the entire team were attentive and regularly checked whether we needed anything. Jason arranged a spa appointment within hours despite the short notice. The hotel has distinctive artwork and décor, a lovely rooftop pool and bar, and an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed dinner with live violin music. The Getsemaní location is perfect for walking to restaurants, attractions, and Cartagena’s Walled City. Everything worked well throughout our stay, and Christian made our early checkout quick and stress-free. Casa Lola delivered an exceptional experience from beginning to end, and we would gladly return.

Casa Lola was great! The staff was so helpful and welcoming with each thing we needed. Each time we left/returned we were welcomed by air conditioning in the lobby. The design of the hotel is incredible and very unique.

The rooms underwhelming & the whole property including inside the room were not the cleanest at all. The staff were all really great though. I think this place is just for pictures but we booked for 5 days so after we got all the pics the 1st day we were over it. The food was amazing. I’m not a ceviche type of person but this place changed my mind! Rooftop the dishes looked clean but I was thrown off by the dishes in the patio area when we went to have brunch. The food was good but there were lip stains on my coffee cup and it wasn’t from me. Definitely get a massage from Nicole. She was amazing as well! Overall I rate the place highly only because the staff are amazing.

Our stay at hotel Lola was great the staff is kind and welcoming and the restaurant is delicious. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot of Getsemaní with lots of beautiful streets to walk and lovely at night if you like the night life.
