Very good place to stay when you decide to go to Cartagena. Clean, good staff, the breakfast that is included is very good. Walkable, everything in the area is close. We didn't need to use an Uber or Taxi to get to the placed we wanted to see.

The staff was fantastic. They were very accommodating and patient with my limited ability to speak or understand Spanish. The property is located very close to the cultural parts of the city. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider if I return to Cartagena.

It was a nice property but it felt like I was living with my parents I understand them wanting to be safe and protect those who stay in the property but I feel you should be able to bring guess into the hotel which you paid to stay in. Other than that nice food and service I believe the young ladies name is Maria she was very nice and helpful.

The party bus comes around so be prepared for that. They don’t have a microwave but it’s plenty of spots you can eat at. All in all the stay was amazing. Room is big, bed is big, we stayed in room 507 and any black Americans this hotel is the one to choose if visiting the city!
