Great staff, room was big and clean, amenities well maintained and amazing fresh breakfast. Only thing to improve is better internal communication, as we were offered a free room upgrade, but room was not clean yet, so we were placed on our original room and we lost the upgrade

Lovely hotel in the heart of Getsemi

The hotel is lovely! Beautiful room and staff is very pleasant. Pool is on the roof and while small it is perfect to cool off after a hot day of walking around Cartagena! The only thing for improvement is to offer enough complimentary coffee for the number of people in the room. We were told it would cost extra beyond what they provided in the room.
