"The hotel is really lovely and is in a great location, just a 2 minute walk from Victoria. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and decorated nicely. The bed was really comfy. Our only issue was the room had a separate WC with no sink and then a shower room with a sink. Hygienically not very good idea. Breakfast was exceptional. So much nicer than the usual standard breakfast. Shame they only use the lovely restaurant for breakfast though. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend. "

"I was pleasantly surprised when staying here. I stay often in London for a night for work, and this has been the best so far. It was so clean when I first walked in and I was welcomed warmly, which I was not often used to staying in London where the check-in process is usually quite clinical. The lady who checked me in was so friendly and helpful, I couldnt have asked for better. I booked the single economy room which was perfect for what I needed, and I really appreciated the tea and coffee facility in the room. The water was hot for the taps and showers almost straight away, everything was clean and tidy. I would absolutely stay again. "

"Clean, affordable, cute but too small, only good for a quick weekend stay but not to stay long, they only clean the room every four days, no amenities, taking a shower was annoying, you can easily flood your bathroom/room. no tv but staff for friendly and always willing to help."

"Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "

"Extremely bad customer service. Had a problem with the Air-conditioning, Reported nothing have been done.Instead of Air-conditioning, heating was working we were roasted all night. The manager can't even speak English. Extremely bad customer service, I will never go back even for a Free night "
