"VERY clean. Staff and procedures were efficient. Staff were very competent and nice to deal with. Very reasonably priced for the central location. Perfect if you need a place to sleep in the middle of NYC while you're out and about. Room was simple but comfortable."

"Front desk staff not helpful, 2 separate housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and our tub didn’t drain well. The location was perfect for our needs and the area is very nice and very safe. Overall it’s just ok but who books a trip to NYC to sit in a hotel room?"

"I loved the stay in this hotel, the staff were all very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the shower needs grips because it is very slippery, and the halls smelled a little musty and old. No room service but there are 3 restaurants to choose from inside the hotel- TickTock diner was amazing every time we ate there. I would definitely stay here again if I come to NY!"
