"After returning from a long day of travel from Europe, this hotel was exactly what I needed, an exceptionally clean, comfortable room with a large shower (if you have ever experienced European showers, you understand). The minute I arrived in front of the hotel, a wonderful gentleman named Junior, greeted me and help helped me with my excessive amount of luggage. I was then quickly checked in by a lovely women named Teri. After a very comfortable nights sleep, George Dallas, the airport driver, offered me a hot cup of coffee while I was waiting for the shuttle to depart. He then delivered me to the airport, safe and sound, and helped me with my luggage. If I could give this hotel a higher rating I would. I will be staying there on any future travels through JFK. Thank you and well done. "
