"This place is perfect for a certain type of folks. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated its affordability. Not much A/C and comfortable with no frills, except for the great pool area. "We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "Great property with 2 swimming pools with amazing view over the port. 20 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes old town. Both pools great sizes and view from rooftop pool amazing. Great to have an apartment and a small supermarket and boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk. Only point if you are going to cook maybe bring drying up cloth and a small washing up liquid or you have to buy at the supermarket. "

As other people have mentioned, it would be helpful to have beach towels available and towel change, as well as a cleaning service at least every 3 days, but we have done our research so it was not be a disturbance. Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect location and still very quiet. You can walk everywhere but it’s just a quick 8 min straight shot walk from the train station into Cannes. The staff was very helpful and the bed made it hard to get up in the morning with how confortable it was. The coffee machin in the room was state of the art and the mini bar was full of every luxury (although there was no room to store personal items in the fridge). The balcony was spacious and the bathroom was 10/10. Plenty of storage space within the room and the tv allows for casting. However, my favorite thing about the property was the location and how quiet it as at night. "
