Great for the price. Breakfast was lovely, all staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool is nice, and the rooms are definitely adequate although dated. Downsides: not great for dinner / lunch food or drinks, and better book transportation in advance to avoid long waiting times. Otherwise, a good and very reasonably priced spot from where to explore Cannes & Antibes.

Great location for Azur Arena

We just stayed at the property as we attended a sports event in the nearby area. Very convenient location, walking distance. Property was clean, comfortable and very adequate for our stay.

The attendant named Marc was worth the price of admission. Very friendly and helpful. You have to register online before checking in and they give you a gate code which gets you inside where the attendant will give you the keys. It's a little different than I was used to. But the place overall was very clean, comfortable and has a beautiful pool and a great breakfast which is included on the price. I would highly recommend

Nice stay

Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map.

Functional apartment. Central. Downside was the shower exhaust fan not working and a fridge that seemed temperamental. When you are charging 200 Euros a night we expect that these things are attended to. Also kitchen amenities were lacking. There was no kettle. And finally room cleaning was infrequent. On a positive note I found staff helpful. What really lets this place down though was the smokers near the stairs. Smoke wafted into corridors.

Staff very friendly. Corridors uninviting and difficult to navigate in the dark. Definitely need a car for this location as bus service minimal. No large towels provided and nowhere to get a drink on a late arrival. However a good base at a reasonable price.

Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped rooms with kitchenettes. Effective towel heaters in the bathrooms too! The complex appears to have been built as a student type residence and is laid out in several buildings connected by outdoor aerial walkways. I imagine it could get noisy in the corridors, but it was quiet when we stayed there. We'd been switched from a 5-person apartment to 2 adjacent rooms without notification from the property, but were happy with the setup and with the warm welcome and asisstance from the friendly security guard.

It was a last minute booking to be nearer the airport for an early morning flight so served a purpose. It was value for money, if people want luxury then you will not get it here but then you should expect to pay for that. This was inexpensive, clean and basic. Zenitude Antibes was surprisingly excellent. We were used to stay in properties that are 3 or 4 stars, but due to our proximity to parking our car between Marseille and the rest of the Côte d'Azur, this was a very convenient location. Although we were a little confused to getting off the A8 off-ramping to the property, it was easy enough after we arrived. The property was very clean. It had all the kitchen and cooking utensils we would need for daily meal prep. The pool was very attractive and was very well maintained and long. One could do full lapses. Meanwhile, we were also surprised by the Sauna and Workout room. Our room had a huge terrace (150 SF) and a dining table for us to eat outside. The quality of the hanging rack and tables were average, we would consider this a 3-star property in the US, maybe slightly above a AC or Best Western upgraded. Parking was free and very convenient as well once you get used to the labyrinth of the many A, B, C, D buildings. And getting in and out of the property was very easy. The check-in staff was very friendly, even though Luis intially did not find our restaurant. Overall: B

I'll start by saying the staff here are (mostly) friendly and try to help (within their limitations). However, Expedia has let us down portraying this property as much more modern and well kept than it is. It is unfortunately tired and shabby. The lovely photo of Reception is not current. The furniture that greets you on arrival is stained and dull. The same goes for the rooms. There is paint peeling from ceilings and the edges of the basin cabinets are coming off. The floor had been 'cleaned' yet made bare-feet instantly dirty. In one room the air conditioning was not working. After 2 days of promises to fix it we had to request to move rooms. The towel rail was not working and again maintenence either did not come or just did not fix it (to dry towels as we were only entitled to clean ones once). They promised to provide a mop (as we are responsible for keeping the room clean). We gave up asking for things to be fixed. They provide one roll of toilet paper at the start and multi purpose liquid soap/shampoo and if you run out you need to request more from Reception at specific (limited) opening times (not the whole day as stated by Expedia) as there is no housekeeping (nor an internal phone to call anyone). There was no 'turndown service' as listed by Expedia. And the rooms are certainly not 'soundproof'. There are no parasols (the hotel were surprised they were listed by Expedia), the steam room & half of the gym equipment were out of order. Expedia update this listing!

We’ve had hard time finding the way to the hotel (because of road construction in the area) and late check in was a bit challenging. The room was ok, a bit outdated

The staff was friendly but lied on us about the air conditioning system in our room. It was terrible no air conditioner we didn’t sleep well those days . ☹️
