"It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The restroom is extra small and the shower water sometimes runs out to the living room. There were no trash bags (but one) provided for the kitchen trash can so it was hard to gather all the trash in one bag when leaving. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but doable. "

"For a quick trip the property is ideal for its location. The artwork throughout made the place. During our stay we did not have “hot” water, it was slightly warm at best but we didn’t mind since the temps were in high 80s. My only concern was the high humidity in the unit even with the AC on but again it wasn’t a problem since we spent a lot of time out and about. These lil things were not enough concern to bring to management. Bedroom bathroom is a bit tight so I’m happy the 1st level bathroom...

"Esta super bueno, pero actualmente me percaté de que solo hay un solo empleado en el área de registro, este es el mismo que atiende la barra y se pone complicado. Ejemplo: Si comienza su estadía o termina, hay varias personas para el mismo proceso, los huéspedes que desean algo de la barra tienen que esperar que termine el proceso de todos, para luego poder ser atendidos y si entra una llamada, imagínense, no lo digo por mal, simplemente me da un poco de tristeza con ese emplead@ pq se ve que desea dar el máximo por todos sus huéspedes. Confieso que me encanta el lugar, pero al parecer ahora es más importante los ingresos que puedan generar, no el servicio y la atención al que tenían acostumbrados a sus huéspedes. Vuelvo y repito los empleados dan el máximo por lo que pude observar pero hay veces que no da a vasto, solo hay uno, antes por lo menos habían dos en las horas de entrada (4pm) y salida (11am), funcionaba excelente (5 estrellas), me sorprendió que ni un café pudiesen brindar, por el estado en que vi la maquina al parecer lleva días dañada y no le han dado importancia al asunto. Realmente que esta sucediendo no lo sé, pero es lamentable por que el lugar tiene una excelente ubicación, acogedores cuartos, limpios y listos para un buen descanso. Si alguien de la Administración lee el comentario favor de tomar el mismo como uno constructivo, no con mala intención. Años pasados me había hospedado más de dos o tres veces al año y nunca había observado una situación así."
