"Very easy check in , lovely clean room warm and cosy. Plenty of tea, coffee etc.Bus stop right outside so very easy they into the city would highly recommend "

"The room was dirty , dirty pillowcase left on the floor! No cleaning done prior to our arrival No matress topper on one of the beds No replacement of toilet paper No soap refill We put our used towels to be replaced on the floor of the bathroom.. we When we came back after our day out , the DIRTY towels were replaced back on the towel rails!!! This was not acceptable at all .. There was no ramp to get our suitcases up the steps into the hotel reception door way . We found this a struggle and no staff on hand to help. "

"Great central location- we were able to walk from the train station and get everywhere easily. I booked the small single room and was impressed with the size of the bathroom and shower. Would definitely recommend!"

"Very comfortable, clean and quiet room, with good location for Headington shops and restaurants, and very close to the East Oxford hospitals which can be difficult to get to with heavy traffic if you have an early appointment. We walked to the Jasmine and Olive restaurant excellent food about ten minutes walk away. "
