"I really enjoyed my stay at Lucky Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at ease. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Osman Emma, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit. His friendly and professional attitude made my experience even better.
