Be aware this is not walking distance to Myeongdong, although there are plenty of convenient buses and trains within steps from the main door. "I was very impressed with the property and the hotel as a whole! Our flight got delayed and we missed a day and the hotel was kind enough to hold onto our reservation even though it was clearly a popular time for tourists. They also checked us in extremely late and treated us with kindness all the way through. The staff was always courteous, kind, and helpful in making us feel comfortable during our stay and also helped me with a broken dryer that I was trying to use, and never once acted like it was something that was annoying or too difficult. To top it all off, this hotel was right in the heart of Seoul and was perfect to go literally anywhere there! We checked off just about everything we were looking to do in the time we were there and it was in large part due to the centrality of the hotel's location. I can't recommend this place enough and I know that if we ever come back to Seoul, we will certainly look to stay here first!"
"The front desk was super helpful. English was not a problem for them. When I needed extra blankets, they were delivered to the room in 5 minutes. The cleaning service was friendly and even though we asked for no service while we were staying, they still checked to se if we needed towels and toilet paper. The only minus was that the temperature of the hot tub was luke warm. But Koreans are very energy friendly.
At the end of our stay, they arranged a van for us to get to our hotel in Incheon. They also allowed us to check in early and held our luggage while we shopped. We will stay again next time we are in Seoul!"
"A very upscale but still understated hotel consistent with the Westin brand. Excellent if you can get a good room rate. The service is stellar and the athletic facilities extensive. However the onsite restaurants are very expensive, even for a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good but it better be since it’s 70000 won if not included in your booking! "
"Amazingly clean and well- managed! If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and secure place that's close to Myung-Dong, this is the place. The hotel locked its door nightly from 11pm-5:30am to ensure safety and emphasizes the comfort and enjoyment of guests by encouraging others to keep quiet. There is also a policy that no outside guest is allowed to stay the night which is a plus!"
