"Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. Our suite was very nice. It was conveniently located. But view from our room was a construction site. Couldn't see the N Seoul Tower. Cons: 1) The breakfast options was terrible. It was mostly carbs: waffle, noodle, fried rice, japchae, salad pasta, toast & pastries, etc. Not too many other options. 2) The water pressure from our shower was terrible. It took us forever to finish taking a shower. 3) The tiny washing & drying machine was a rip off. It took 2 hours to finish one load of laundry, and another hour to dry it. "

"Great location and very friendly, supportive staff. The only drawback is that the elevators can take quite a long time to arrive and usually stop on too many floors, so you need to factor in 5-10 minutes just to take the elevator down when on your way out. "

"Nice place and well kept. Staffs were very helpful, friendly, courteous. Nice selection for breakfast and they were made to order. At around 8 AM constructions started lots of noise and hammering sounds that we couldn’t sleep in! "

"When i said i didn't like the layout of my room, the staff on duty were very quick to show me another one that i could change to. I was very pleased with their efficiency and ability to cater to my needs without hesitation."

"Love love love this place! My second time staying here and was just as good, super clean rooms and lovely staff, a super convenient location as well with the shopping streets within a five minute walk and easy access to public transport as well! Would definitely recommend :)"

"The location is great and it’s nice that breakfast is included, but I think the product selection could be better. The room space wasn’t very practical, and the floors looked a bit messy with things lying around. It would help to have more hangers and better mirror placement since there’s not much light where they are, especially in the bathroom where it gets foggy. Cleaning is said to be every four days, but even if you request it in advance, it’s not always guaranteed. Overall, an okay stay but with room for improvement."

"This hotel is not well maintained, the walls are all scratched, the rooms have a weird smell and its location next to the subway isn’t actually great because that subway line doesn’t take you to the tourist locations. Don’t recommend! The room was also smaller than expected and lacked lustre. The staff was also super incompetent, they tell you to use the laundry service you need to get the bag at the front desk but they don’t actually have it. Complete waste of time."
