"Nice hotel and amazing location "

"The hotel is very nice, the room is spacious and everything is very clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're sensitive to heat, be very careful; in November they turn off the air conditioning and switch to heating, and there's no way to change it. The bathtub is quite unsafe; you could fall in. "

"The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back."

"Brilliant! Clean to the extent of walking barefoot on the room's carpet (yes, I would never do that elsewhere but this genuinely felt clean). Breakfast was nice with a lot of options, locations is great with Myongdong street market 10-15 minutes walk away and a close by metro station on the inner city green line so access to everything. The GS25 inside the hotel is super convenient and has a WOW pass machine if you went for that."
