That was our second time to choose here.The location, cleaning and all staff are really nice.Metro station is in fromt of the door you walk 30 seconds.And the hotel has starbucks so you can take your coffee easily:)

Great location and very friendly, supportive staff. The only drawback is that the elevators can take quite a long time to arrive and usually stop on too many floors, so you need to factor in 5-10 minutes just to take the elevator down when on your way out.

Stayed for 7 nights and we loved it. Super convenient (literally there's Euljiro-3ga station in front when you exit the hotel), and the travel to and from Incheon international airport was a breeze as the limousine bus stops near the hotel (take bus 6015). Room was not big but enough for you to relax. It was clean and quiet so we had a good sleep.

We stayed two separate stays, one for2 nights, left; then the second stay for 1 night. The first 2 nights we were on the 13th floor and it was spotless, clean, no complaints. The second stay, we were on the 8th floor and cleanliness brought my review to 4 from 5 stars. There were red spots on the shower that could be blood that I had to wipe off. The mirror had splatters. Not as clean as the 13th floor room. Disappointing. But staff were great and very helpful. Location great. I would stay again. Thank you.

I originally booked another hotel in the area, which I needed to leave after one night due to poor quality, and I came to Four Points instead. I'm glad I did. The location is excellent. The property itself was clean and modern, and the room was spacious. I would definitely come stay here again if/when I am back in Seoul.

Great hotel staff—very friendly, polite, and accommodating! I couldn’t ask for more. I just didn’t enjoy the breakfast buffet as much since it was the same menu every day. We stayed for 10 days, and for 2 of those days I had to fast. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take anything to go for later and the restaurant closes and empties the area very early, so some of the money felt wasted.
