Everyone was great. The rooms are beautiful and new. Breakfast amazing. The spa the best in china!! Joy Zhao very nice lady. And a young men in concierge with perfect English Australian accent great customer service!! I love this hotel!!!

Mcsrh Hotel -Chongqing Guanyinqiao
The apartment was not as advertised. As a platinum Expedia member I am disappointed this hotel was recommended to me. The elevators were very sketchy, no laundry was available, even though this was advertised. The doors to the ensuite, and other furniture were broken and not working. I wouldn’t recommend ...
