"A Decent 4* hotel, local to attractions. Communal areas of the hotel were stunning (lobby, elevator hall and sky bar), our room could be potentially leaning towards needing a re-furb in the near future, but was clean, luxurious, and had good views."

Most importantly, the staff were so unbelievably kind: Gaoju at the front desk was so helpful, kind and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. "There is no words to express my deeply appreciation with Hyatt Regency Chongqing hotel managers with the hospitality and caring,. My sister has incident that she fell down and broke her hips at the beauty salon,. The manager of the hotel has guided us and took us to the hospital until my sister admitted to hospital with the Doctor care. We’re very grateful staying in this hotel , managers and staff super nice and caring, room are very clean, breakfast are excellent. I definitely will recommending my friends and family with this hotel and definitely will come back to visit."
