"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11.
The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. However, the room was cleaned throughly everyday.

"Everything was very good, especially the staff. I speak little Mandarin and they did their best to explain locations to me. The words written on each light button are too small for people who cannot read small prints.
