"Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

"My only fault was only two lifts between 20 floors which sometimes rather inconvienient.if many guests ,at peak times can take a while to get to ground floor.but its very well centered around places to eat.walk out the door left is finkels ,walk end of street turn right american diner and cafe cubana.three excellent places to eat.also food in rooftop bar was excellent.overall i will deffo stay again.hopefully next time i wake up early enough to try the buffet breakfast."

This place is expensive to stay at, but worth the extra dollars when factoring in the way the staff and property go the extra mile to make you feel like you are truly a king and queen staying at your very own castle. There is not a single area I would complain about. Our stay in one of the executive rooms was flawless and wonderful experience."
