It was my first trip to Seoul last December and my stay at the Park Hyatt made it a very memorable one. I arrived in Seoul early in the morning, feeling a bit jetlagged. Check-in time was 3 pm and the hotel told me they will notify me if the room will be available earlier. So I decided to go on a quick walking tour of the area and kill 6 hours. The accomodation was excellent. Staff very courteous.

Helpful staff and clean rooms

1st start off saying staff front desk went out of there way helping us all our needs going places, getting taxi or places eat or see. Being first time that area has a lot of restaurants and some stores shop at. Nice quiet hotel all expected that’s listed Only thing is need to change up breakfast it’s same things every day....

We had a great time staying at JW Marriott Seoul. It was our first time there and it was a very pleasant stay. Their staff were helpful and accomodating. There was one particular employee that helped us in the subway station when we got lost and we are so grateful. He even told others to make sure we got to our rooms safely that night. Sorry we didn't get his name but we are thankful nonetheless. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.
