That caused a huge traffic, jam and long wait in the evening when we wanted to return to our room after the concert. Also allowing the smoking even in designated areas doesn’t keep the stench from everywhere in the building. It’s really awful to breathe the air inside the main areas. "

"The property was nice and room was clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars was because of a very rowdy neighbor. They were screamimg, banging against the wall, slamming doors and turning up music loud. The staff came right away and addressed it... but it started again 10 minutes later. I didn't want to keep calling the frint desk, so we waited until 12:30 for the noise to stop."

"Overall, my stay was great! However, the hotel had recently switched their parking to a valet style offering. Not only was it expensive ($28/day) but it was not well organized. When I checked out, on a Saturday morning, there were several people trying to leave and only 2 guys working valet. We all stood at the front of the hotel where we had dropped our cars off yet we had to walk to the back of the hotel to pick up our cars. There was very little organization around which customer got served...
