Harrah’s is our favorite place to stay time and time again. Lovely rooms with gorgeous views. The room and Casino is also very clean and amenities are in order. Will always come back to Harrah’s!
The room was clean and comfortable and had many amenities. The overall complex was well maintained and there was always someone nearby to offer assistance should you need it. There were plenty of world class restaurants on site, along with large comfortable casinos.
The room was nice, clean, the bed was comfortable. I needed a wheelchair and they had some available to rent. Wish the pool was open later. I’d stay here again.
The room was beautiful and had a great view of the city. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place to stay. The hallway was noisy before 5am in the morning. I knew this was a casino hotel but I was not expecting to be awaken to extreme noise in the hallway.

Property was good but had an issue with the pool area. Almost every chaise was reserved . We got there about 11:00 and by 3:30 no one ever showed up for them. This is the second time this has happened
Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms, friendly employees.
Loved having a pull out make up mirror in the bathroom.
The left bed in my hotel room was awfully hard and did not provide good sleep, but the right one was better, althought I wish the bedding was warm. Shower pressure/heat in my room left a lot to be desired but it was just good enough. My family in the other room said their shower was great.
Maybe ask expedia to explain the parking garage/how far the check in is so people aren't struggling to lug their stuff super far, and you probably need more bellhop carts, couldnt wait the 35 minutes quoted for one during checkout this morning.
Wish the pool was open longer, both earlier and later. Disappointed I didn't have time to check it out, looks incredible.
More food options/being open more consistent and later night hours would be nice.
Great trip, thank you!
This is a beautiful hotel, however we did not get the waterfront room we reserved and paid for. The biggest let down was the staff. All of the staff in the nice restaurants were amazing! The rest of the staff couldn’t be bothered with our needs. We met a housekeeper in the hallway and asked for our room to be cleaned and were told “we’re only cleaning checkouts today”. I’ve never heard of such a thing. So I said, “well, we’re out of facial tissue. Can we get a box?” She says “I don’t have any with me”. Not, let me call down and have some sent up or let me go get some for you. Just nope. The people in the pool area where also not very accommodating at all!

This was perhaps our worst overnight stay in any hotel anywhere. The room itself was clean. However, what made our experience terrible was the neighboring guests and the lack of response by Harrah's staff to our problem. While in bed around 1:30 AM, a family (man, woman, and possibly 2 children) entered an adjoining room. As they were in the hallway and in the room, they were all speaking to each other fairly loudly in a foreign language (perhaps an African language) and we were awakened. We gave them some grace, expecting that in 5 to 10 minutes they would settle down but as time went on the conversations continued. After 20 minutes, my wife and I both called out loudly asking them to please stop. We don't know whether they heard us, but it continued. After 30 minutes of this discourteous behavior, my wife called the front desk and politely asked if they could call the other room and ask them to stop talking. The host, named Beth, said she would send security. Great except security never came and the man began snoring loudly while a baby cried. It was like an episode from Impractical Jokers meets the Twilight Zone. The woman and child eventually were quiet but the man continued snoring-- the kind of snoring that a person with sleep apnea had. We continued to call out to no avail. By this point it was too late to move rooms, we covered our ears and eaked out a few hours of uncomfortable sleep. At 8:30 in the morning, the nonsense started again. DO NOT STAY!
