"no beach view, but a great view of the tops of the other buildings; check in was great, early and fast; clean up staff didn't enter my room once, even when i asked them to, and i had to ask for more shampoo n such; i called the front desk because water from what i guess was the air conditioner poured out of the ceiling three times, no one came to check it out; the elevators were a mfn nightmare, especially as i was trying to check out; the lobby staff and valet staff were very nice"

"We like the hotels quick food options, plenty of slots and game tables to accommodate many people. Room was clean, comfortable bed, cleaning service was great and friendly. We love the location of the hotel/casino. Very convenient to get to all of the other hotels. The beach was clean and I liked that they had places to put trash right nearby. Overall a great place to stay while visiting AC"

"The rooms at Harrah's seem dingy, though I have been going there for years, I do expect to have a bathroom door that closes, which during my last stay, did not. When sharing a room, privacy is important. The hallway outside the room needed to be vacuumed. The room itself could have used a vacuum, since I found popcorn around the bed. The beds are on platforms so there is no area underneath the bed. The linens were crisp and clean. I wish there were magnifying makeup mirrors in the rooms, that would be so helpful. Otherwise, the atmosphere in Harrah's can't be beat. And the convenience of the shops and restaurants were awesome."

"Stayed at the Borgata to attend a comedy show at Harrah’s. Resort was clean and staff were helpful. Ate at the steakhouse. Service was great, portions are large and was seated right away. Rooms are updated but very dark. Rooms are not set up to charge phones on both sides of the bed. I would stay again at this hotel."
