They always greet us with warmth and genuine care. One detail that particularly touched me was the little surprises they would leave with their stuff toys when tidying my daughters' beds—such a thoughtful and personal touch that made them feel extra special. Those small gestures, combined with their attentiveness and kindness, made our time here unforgettable. "Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great. The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts and provide the equipment. Also more bikes, we were interested in hiring bikes but someone else had hired them."
