"The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery.
Location was great
Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.

"The hotel is clean with friendly and warm staff. It's conveniently located near public transportation, and quiet due to its distance from major tourist activities. They could offer a more varied breakfast menu."

"Dean from reception was so lovely & welcoming from the moment we arrived.
It was a shame the bed was very uncomfortable in the room & the tv options were limited as much of the channels didn't work. "
"Incredible find in a tourist area that is full of activities. I rate the IBIS London Excel Docklands 5 Stars. My room is equipped with an Espresso machine, kettle, coffee, bath robe, full size towel, rain shower, window that overlooks the river, king bed, extra pillow, and big screen TV. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Best of all, the hotel is walking distance from the train station, restaurants, attractions and the water. It has a bar, restaurant and security system in house. All for under 100 pounds per night! "
