The room smelled musty and like mold I had to walk to the store in the cold to buy aide freshner and fabric softener sheets to put in the heating vents to be able to sleep.

Great Hotel for the Weekend

I enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is very new and updated, and I loved the decor. The front desk staff was super nice. Also, I liked the location—it’s near a lot of stores and restaurants.

Very poor, and Courtyard Marriott Waverly, Charlotte, NC, lacks proper security protocol. Non-working shower and they didn’t know who their maintenance person was that they sent to my room. Luckily I didn’t open the door. He walked away after I made several demands that he identify himself. I will never visit Marriott again.
