"On my first night checking in, I found my dirty room with stained bedsheets. I quickly asked for a room change but they didn’t let me, and instead passed me some new bedsheets (and had me change them by myself). The next day, I asked for refund for one night, and they said they couldn’t, and gave me another room instead. And that night, instead of dirty bedsheets, I found a small cockroach in the room. I don’t know if this is consider “normal” in Malaysia but I was a little disappointed."

"We stayed over the Moto GP weekend and really enjoyed this hotel. An easy walk to Monorail/Petronas Towers/Night life/Restaurants Clean & tidy and very new, the only down side to this hotel was The towel rail had pulled out the wall The WiFi was extremely weak in the room and often wouldn't stay connected The room could have benefited from a small fridge to keep drinks cold"
