"The hotel was lovely. We worried about noise from Bourbon St, but we had a room on the courtyard looking down at the pool and it was very quiet. My friend used the heated saltwater pool every day. The only down sides were that we couldn’t open the windows, there was a loud vent fan in the bathroom that took a long time to go off and the light in the shower didn’t work. But I would definitely consider staying there again next time I’m in New Orleans."

"Staff at front desk as we arrived said hi and sweet.except one that helped us out.asked if we were from Mexico or ? Didn’t give us a chance to answer.I took that as why do I have to be from Mexico because I am Hispanic.as much as I wanted to say what I was thinking i stayed quiet.but as for the rest of our stay was great.the hotel is very beautiful.and comfy.enjoyed our stay.besides what happened as we arrived."

"Quite literally the worst hotel option possible. Walked in at 9:20, before check in cut off, and the front desk lady said she ran out of keys…? So after 10 minutes she hands me a key, walk to the room, open the door to beer cans and a clearly slept in bed. I bolted out, scared. Ran to the desk to request another room, she gave us the new room key, got to the room and it smelt of weed, smoke, and other indescribable scents. Again, ran to the front to request a refund. Please do not stay here, it is not safe, and it is not clean. Spend the extra $50 and go to the hotels down the road. This place needs to be shut down."

"This was a great stay. Amazing friendly saff. Room was very comfortable and the maid staff was fantastic. Loved the pool and pool bar. Great lite fare and snacks. Restaurants and coffee shop where very convenient. Best of all is the location. If your a lite sleeper ask for an inside facing room. They are close to the pool."

"Tv in room wasn’t working. They did send someone right away it was still annoying. Ice machine wasn’t working and no microwave on 7th floor. No ice machine on ground floor either. Water leaking from ceiling behind front desk and in to carpet on other floors. They did have caution signs up though. No front desk attendant when checking out but security was helpful. Valet parking is $50 per night and self park is about 2 blocks away at $25 per night."

"Nice hotel nestled in the French Quarter. Nice perks like discounts to restaurant, daily public transportation pass, water bottle, water dispenser with variety. Gym is small."

"It is a classic old school hotel with an incredibly helpful staff. The Carousel Lounge is so much fun. Hard to get a seat on Friday or Saturday, but worth the wait if you can finally get in. My wife wanted a nice souvenir of our trip and called to ask if she could buy the logoed trash can in our room. They didn't even treat that as the crazy request it was and sold it to her. Can't say enough good things about our 3 night stay."
