"Everything at this hotel is absolutely fine for a short stay. I had a twin room which I shared with my daughter. The beds are large and comfortable. Although the rooms are large, they are a bit soulless, but that's OK so long as you're only there a night or two. The breakfast is OK but not fantastic for Europeans. There is no black tea. The hotel shuttle bus only runs on the hour & being picked up from the airport is a challenge. I would recommend making your own way to and from the airport if you don't want to waste time."

"The check in and check out experiences were average nothing special, not overly friendly and warm.... Room 118 was modern, clean and well appointed but the soundproofing was one of the worst I have ever experienced with noise coming from the hallway the entire time. After I finally got to sleep when my neighbors stopped slamming doors I was rudely awakened at 5:30 a.m. with more noise in the hallway and then to top it off I was gagged by the heavy smell of grease coming from the kitchen... My room service experience was excellent, with quick service and excellent food. It is such a shame to see a potentially nice property ruined by very poor soundproofing and isolation from strong smells coming from the kitchen. I can't speak for other rooms but if this is the usual I could never stay in this hotel again. Perhaps rooms on a higher floor do not have these issues. "

"Programé un ride a el aeropuerto y en lugar de llevarnos directamente al aeropuerto, nos elevation a la terminal 1. Resulta, que una familia había programado su ride a terminal 1 y no copieron en el vehículo por lo que decidieron subir a nuestro vehículo a las personas que no cupieron. No nos preguntaron si teníamos inconveniente o tiempo para ir a terminal 1. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riazor! We traveled as a family with our four boys, and everything from start to finish was seamless. The hotel provided airport shuttle service both to and from the airport, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. We were also able to do an early check-in for an additional fee, which was very helpful after traveling. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—truly 10/10 service. They made us feel comfortable right away and were very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, which we really appreciated, especially traveling with kids. Overall, a great experience for our family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
