My elderly parents and I spend a night here before returning home from our visit. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, polite, and helpful. This is a good hotel that is near the airport, ideally for a couple of days & nights. The breakfast was amazing and good value for money. The Concierge was not that knowledgable about restaurants and recommended a museum that was closed, as it was Monday.

The property was satisfactory overall. However, the front desk staff were neither friendly nor helpful. Despite having paid in full for a two-night stay, the hotel initially refused to honor the second night due to their check-in policy. After a 30-minute call with my booking agency, the issue was resolved. The room was comfortable and clean, though we had to adjust to the lighting system influenced by the country's green energy standards. Unfortunately, the shower was grimy, and the faucet appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned. On a positive note, the breakfast was outstanding and greatly enhanced our stay
