no hot water in the shower, no coffee pot or kettle in the room. Just a TV... very basic, but the price is quite low so although I'm pointing these things out, can't really complain. Staff very friendly and excellent. Restaurant is great

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. There were broken tiles in the restroom, the carpets were extremely dirty, and our sheets had holes. The receptionist was extremely rude and refused to give our party a second key card unless we paid 200 pesos. We were also asked to leave a 200-peso deposit for the TV remote, which didn’t work. The area didn’t feel safe to us, and we saw sex workers outside the hotel. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would avoid this hotel.

We checkin late, the hotel overall at entrance looks good that all. The person on reception helped me though but the hotel itself isn’t good. The bathroom stinks and there stains. The room isn’t upgraded since 80-90’s may be.

No drinking water in a CDMX hotel of this size seems incongruous. The hotel rooms have definitely been smoked in. The adjacent highway noise will be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

Very disappointed with the room quality. Found a cockroach on the floor near the desk in the morning. The bathroom sink has a large, deep crack connecting to the countertop, which looks poorly maintained. To top it off, the bed was quite uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price.
