"I would say that it's a clean property and has well maintained rooms. Walking distance for a Colts game, AAA Indians game, or a couple of museums. Starbucks, new steak house, and High Velocity restaurants inside. Sky walk allows you to connect to the Indiana Convention Center as well. Rooms are comfortable. Staff was helpful. Parking is underground. Bonvoy is something that I am not familiar with as a customer. I wanted to pay for the Executive Lounge for breakfast after the Indy Mini half marathon but it was not on my stay. Someone forgot to add it. For me, it was great to be able to run my race and have a comfortable hotel afterwards."

"Valet was awful, noisy noisy room above us banged all night from midnight to the early morning hours, definitely not worth the money spent."

"The bed was comfortable but the hotel was a hot mess. Waited over an hour for Valet parking with six cars in front of us, went for Morgan Wallen but tired to check in before… check in was at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until almost 8pm. In the morning we waited almost 30 minutes for a bagel that they lost track off at the cafe. For how much month we paid for this room it was just a joke. You can’t tell me they don’t have major events every weekend being this close to Lucas Oil. "
