Rooms didn’t have any supplies in it. No soap no toothbrush no towels no washcloths. Tv didn’t work WiFi didn’t work. When I called to resolve these issues I was told I could only watch cable tv and no one ever came up to restock. It was horrible experience for how much money was spent.

The room was good but it was close to the elevator and there was a banging noise all night from the shaft making it hard to sleep. One of the elevators was also not working making the trip to and from the 14th flloor take a lot longer than it should. All in all it was ok
