Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much

Front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet had enough variety to satisfy our preferences. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Parking was too expensive so I parked elsewhere - there is a parking garage across the street under the museum.
