"Such a great hotel and in the safest part of Guatemala City. It is walkable to great shops and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and the room extremely clean and spacious. "

"Th room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They called and checked on me to be sure I had a ride to the airport. They provided a shuttle. The staff was also very responsive and helpful the night of check in. The hotel is gated and the gates are locked at night. Feels very safe and secure. Next trip will plan to stay here again. "
