"We picked this hotel because it said it had a bar/restaurant but it was not we would of stayed somewhere else because we caned a hotel with these things "

"This is a cheap hotel in the area where you can rest before departing to the airport or the cruise. Before booking online You should check out the lobby and the building. Lobby smelled like ammonia from dog urine. Every part of the building was dirty and outdated even the outside. At 3:00 in the morning multiple cars were broken into and alarms are going off The night we were there. The staff was very friendly though I will say that and there's free breakfast."

"The room was cleaner and better than I thought it would be. I traveled with my mom she was very happy with the room and the lower level floor the overnight front desk provided. The hotel staff did not clean the room everyday which was a bit disappointing but definitely not a deal breaker. The morning breakfast buffet was pretty good but after 2-3 days it became very bland, no bacon or different options every other day. We did love the Pancake maker it was great, might have to search for a mini version. My mom loved the option of having Spanish/English church service on Sunday as she was not able to attend her own. There was a staff member Maria Jose that I gave her a very good tip to share with her coworkers, not sure if she was able to split with the other kitchen assistant. All an All, I was very delighted going to the Holiday Inn. Thank you!"

"The property amenities were great, staff is okay, was met with some rudeness from one person and a lack of communication from another when trying to address an issue I had with my room. Location is right next to downtown so that was convenient. I’ve been to quite of bit of hotels across the world, I’m not sure if"

"This was one of the worst stays that I have ever had! I had to change rooms 3 times due to the fact that the room was dirty, stuff was broken, and because it was some of the staff was down right despicable! If it not been for 2 of the staff members, I would have lost my cool on the first night and demand that they shut down the place. Never again! They put a bad taste in my mouth for Laquinta Inn for me!"
